PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE THE ESSENTI CABINET SYSTEM, this HUD will NOT work on anything else. In addition, it will ONLY work on YOUR cabinets. Because this is so important, we are setting up the vendors so that you can only buy this texture HUD if you already bought the cabinets. Clever, eh?

Essenti is a new range for DICTATORSHOP, with the aim of providing useful, go-anywhere pieces that will play nicely with all of your other DICTATORSHOP items. The idea is to be calmly unobtrusive, low land impact and versatile. If you've been itching for a fitted kitchen, or a whole wall of wardrobes, now you can have one! 

So, cabinets, what kind of cabinets? So many cabinets! A full list can be found later on. They all snap together very nicely and align beautifully, which is just as well because that was the plan! Also... this is the super exciting bit, in a departure from the usual texture change method, we are introducing a HUD! No more endless clicking of every piece to get the colour you want, simply wear the HUD and change the whole room at once! Magic, huh? 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE NEW TEXTURE HUD

The included HUD works on all pieces in the Essenti line.  Once you click to apply a texture change, please wait until you see Texture Set Applied appear in your local chat.  Clicking too quickly can result in zebra furniture where some has not changed and some has.  In laggy sims this may take a minute so please be patient.

There is a script called "_ActionColor::Plugin::Furniture 1.5" in each of the pieces in the box so that you are able to change the colors right out of the box.  Only one copy of the script is needed for any given linkset, so if you link items, any extra scripts will automatically disappear (clever, eh?).  This way multiple scripts are not trying to update everything and it reduces lag.  Linking the pieces once you have them in place can also reduce the total land impact of your items.  There is a copy of this script in the original package in a backup prim, in case you need it. 

The [Ds] Essenti - BACK UP BOX WITH FURNITURE RECEIVER SCRIPT in the package includes this script in case you need one for any reason. Unpack it to use the script inside in your Essenti cabinets if needed.

Since you have a copy of the script you can safely remove the it once you have things how you want them to save sim resources.  You can also do it if you do not want a linkset to change while you are adjusting other items.  Simply remove or stop the script and that item/linkset will not be affected by the HUD until you return the script into the item or start the script again.  DO NOT CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION FIELDS, the texid=name is require for the HUD to operate.

This set is carefully sized so that you can align everything to the back and bottom for a perfect fit.  The wall cabinets can align to the top of the tall cabinets or fridge to make for perfect height adjustments.  If you are unfamiliar with how the align tool works there is a short tutorial on how to use the Firestorm alignment tool here:  https://youtu.be/uqxxeb5TvAk?t=169
